Next life

Moretto

Once upon a time there was a blind man, his darkness was true
He was selling the future he had inside
While time and space existed only in his mind
And his words were fresh spring water

In his loneliness the sadness was forgotten
Emotions have always made him vibrate with joy
A boy gave him his hand, trying to read his soul.
And like a raging river the old man began to speak

Tell me, please tell me my future
Tell me, please tell me my next life
I'm just a man I will believe you
I'm just a man I will follow you

He told him about songs, when the world was colorful
He spoke to him about emotions, which had rocked him
He told him about the past, which had been forgotten
Afterwards looked into the boy and stopped

He saw vanity and conceit, falsehood and greed
He understood foolishness and careerism
The flower had withed, the enthusiasm had vanished
The blind man went back to dreaming, the boy to hating
